How do I get a locker or towel?
Locker keys are available when you check in at the front desk. We have plenty of lockers available. Present    your membership card and we will exchange it for a locker key. If there is a specific locker or area you want,    we will try our best to accomodate you. Permanent lockers are available - ask at the check-in counter.

If your membership includes towel service, you'll be given a shower-size towel when you check in. These are    also available on a daily basis. Small workout towels are at the head of the stairs by the check-in counter.    Before leaving the club, please place towels in the towel bin located at the entrance of each locker room.

How do I work in on the gym floor?

If you wish to share equipment with another member, simply ask, "May I work in?" When you take your    turn, finish your set or exercise in a timely manner and then allow others to share. A common mistake is to    use a piece of equipment, then rest on it between sets. To rest, remove yourself from the piece you are
using and be aware others may wish to use it.

How do I know when it is my turn to use a specific weight machine or cardio equipment?
We recommend matching your use to the time of day and the piece you want to use. Located next to the    front desk is a flow chart indicating the number of members signed in and the time of day they entered. The    chart is extremely helpful for members who want to use the club during slow periods. If you like an hour    long walk on a treadmill, we suggest you come before or after the rush periods. We do not set limits on the    cardio equipment, but recommend members use a little common sense in setting their workout time. We    also do not use sign-up sheets for the equipment since we usually have enough of everything available. If you    are looking for a specific piece, however, simply let the person currently on the machine know that you wish    to go next.

What do I wear at the club?
Men: Gym shorts with T-shirt or sweat suit. Socks and soft soled gym shoes must be worn at all times in    the exercise area.
Women: Suitable apparel that will not restrict freedom of movement. Socks and soft soled gym shoes must    be worn at all times in the exercise area.

What do I wear in the spa or sauna?

The men's and women's locker rooms each have a private spa (hydrotherapy whirlpool) and sauna. Clothing    is optional - whatever makes you comfortable. Please shower before entering the spa or sauna.
