blend of Hatha and Ashtanga (Power) Yoga. Each one-hour class
will work on strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation.
A great way to ensure you continue your regular workouts
injury free! You
may be surprised - this is not a cardio class, but you will
sweat, you will be sore... and you will feel fabulous when you are
done! Great for all levels.
|
Pilates
Developed by Joseph Pilates, this mat
class will build core endurance and strength as
well as lengthen the musculature of the arms and
legs. Core Strengthening (stomach, low back, hips and
thighs), Muscle Conditioning and Flexibility all rolled into one
class. Great for novice participants, advanced participants, athletes
and people with physical ailments (weak abdominals, low
back problems, arthritis, stiffness, inflexibility, etc.). Our most
requested new program. |
S.E.T. (Strength and Endurance Training)

Personal Fitness Session in a Group Fitness Class!
A
challenging whole body workout for participants who like to sweat
and see results. Great for beginners to advanced. |
Cycle
A vigorous indoor cycling adventure.
This class accomodates beginners through advanced. You are challenged
to race through a mental obstacle course of hills, valleys, bumpy roads
and sandy trails.
Each different mental obstacle challenges your physical
conditioning. What a workout! Fill your water bottle
and bring a sweat towel to class.
Great for beginners looking to get in shape, the participant
tired of doing cardio by themselves or the cyclist
looking to stay in shape all year round.
Class space is limited. To reserve a bike, please call
the club up to two hours prior to class. You may reserve
one bike per person (no saving bikes for friends).
Princeton will provide an overflow list for all
classes. Unclaimed bikes will go to participants on the overflow
list 5 minutes after class start time - so don't
be late! |
