Member Services

Lockers
    Members receive a locker key upon exchange of their membership card at the front counter.
    Day use lockers are free. A permanent locker is available for $10.00 per month.

Nutrition and Weight Loss Guidence
    Learn to lose weight and keep it off, increase your energy level, reduce your heart risk and live a healthier
    lifestyle. We'll work with you to develop full menus & meal plans, and customized fitness plans.
    May be tax deductible.

Pro Shop
   A multitude of items are available: Yoga mats, stability balls, 80 oz. water bottles, Princeton T-shirts,
   shaving razors, socks, tanning lotion & goggles, day use bath towels and headphones.
   Princeton workout bags are in! Carry your workout gear in style - only $39.
   We also have racquetball gloves, balls, protective eyewear, racquets to rent, and racquet re-stringing.

Supplements
   The Apex Supplement Solution Program is set up on a PC for member use. Just run the software to fill
   out a questionnaire and get a printout of recommended supplements to help you attain your goals.
   There is a wide selection of APEX Supplements - something for everyone.

Tanning
    Tanning packages are available in unlimited monthly sessions for $15.00 per month.
    Individual tans are $4.00 per visit, 10 tans for $30.00 or 20 tans for $50.00.
    Tanning lotion and goggles are available to purchase in the pro shop.

Towels
   Add $4/month for towel service and we will hand you a shower-size towel with your locker key when you    check in.
   Shower-size towels are also available on a daily basis for 50 cents.
   Small workout towels are free.
