Our Personal Fitness Coaches are all very talented in
Group Fitness as well, providing the best and safest
workout possible in Princeton's VIP classes (Yoga,

New Personal Training System
Princeton
Athletic Club introduces EFI Sport's Medicine's GRAVITY System series
-
a new series of focused, intense strength training and Pilates
classes. The GRAVITY System classes are conducted on
the GTS Machine, a gravity-training device that encourages
functional exercise by using an individual's body weight as resistance.
GTS utilizes a cables and pulley system, a free motion
glideboard, and is adjustable to nine different levels
of resistance. It engages all major muscle groups and facilitates
more than 250 strength, stretching and Pilates exercises.
