We all understand the importance of MUSCLE
CONDITIONING to reduce the negative changes associated
with aging, while increasing metabolic rate, increasing
bone mass, improving posture - not to mention the cosmetic
benefits. We've committed ourselves to providing you the
tools necessary to challenge your muscles. You'll definitely
be impressed with our extensive line of strength training
equipment.
Energy & Vitality
A
bit of huffing and puffing is good for the heart and lungs
and helps to keep excess body fat at a minimum. At Princeton,
you have many options to get into your training zone. Try
one of our indoor cardio machines, including TREADMILLS,
STAIRMASTERS, ELLIPTICALS or BIKES.
Perhaps you'd like to play a pickup game of basketball.
Maybe a PILATES or INDOOR CYCLING class
will do the trick. You could always play a few games of
RACQUETBALL or WALLYBALL. The
options are limitless - no chance of getting bored with
your workouts at Princeton!
Tranquility
It's
all about BALANCE. Too many of us run from
appointment to appointment, deadline to deadline, never
taking the time to slow down and catch our breath. At Princeton,
we encourage our members to work hard but afterwards, take
just a few moments to reward their bodies by using the PRIVATE
JACUZZI spa and SAUNA. A calming,
yet invigorating way to finish your workouts.
